Highly Recommend Zen Martial Arts for parents that have a child with ADHD/ Dislecsia such as mine. My Son had anger issues as well as behavior problems. Counseling / Therapy had no results. Brought My Son to Sensai Luis and His team at Zen Martial Arts. My Son has transformed miraculously into a focused and determined 11 year old. His anger issues have dissipated and behavior has improved dramatically. Special thanks to Sensai Cesar for encouraging him along the way to His green belt in Karate. My daughter has been going here for a few years now, she has learned a lot of self worth. They motivate the kids to become stronger, body and mind. She goes during the school year after school and during the summer. I wouldn't want to send her anywhere else.

My son has been coming here since January and he has finally started gaining weight because of muscle and he now has a lot of confidence. Great after school program. We both love it!!!
