So my house lost all water on Sunday night. I called and they had me do a few simple checks. I am mechanically inclined. At 930 pm called back and still did not have water. Monday morning I called them and they said they were loading the service truck and about to call me that they were heading over. They found the issue. Fixed it and were honest about everything. No upsales just advised of my pressure tank rusting out. Got that replaced. Had water within a couple hours of when they arrived. I would highly recommend. I live in Inez and I am new to the water well thing
