This time the visit was very pleasant from the beginning. The front staff vibe was a lot better, they seemed happier. I see that they got rid of that one lady that sits there at check in. She always seemed bothered, and the way she responds to us patients is rude. I think maybe finally she had enough and did everyone a favor a left. She did not acknowledge us patients (one time she was there talking with another male employee, laughing and carrying on, while another elderly & myself waited to be checked in. The other lady in the black hair, did acknowledge us for her and said, they would be right with us.

Visited for a routine check-up and physical with several inquiries. I was attended to by Dr. Salazar.Dr. Salazar not only addressed all my queries but also demonstrated exceptional patience, understanding, and directness. I am unlikely to seek another doctor's care unless necessary. The medical team exhibited a high level of friendliness and professionalism as well! I have found my permanent primary care provider.

Long wait times even with an appointment. Got here 15 mins early and I’m still waiting 30 mins past my appointment. They close in 30 mins. Doctor is running behind on schedule apparently. This is always the case
