“It was my first time, I was a little nervous because of the previous reviews, but the girls took great care of me! My appointment was at 1:45pm and I was out by like 3, I started chitchatting with the girls. ? I’m waiting for my order but I’ll follow up in 10 business days. The doc said hello was professional and to the point! It was a super fast pace clinic but I didn’t feel ignored! They listen to what I needed and they gave me great recommendations with my insurance.“

“She is a well knowledgeable doctor. I took 3 hours in there. She made multiple tests and made sure my daughter got the right prescription. Another thing you have to account for is that she is actually the one doing the tests in the room, and there is no one else helping her. When you go with any big optometrist that we have in the valley, the doctor just sees you at the end. The other doctors helpers do the work for the doctor. I would rather wait and get the full attention of the doctor than pay for doctors' helpers. Yes, they do get walking, but they give priority to the ones that have appointments. But doesn't every medical doctor do that. The other thing to look at is to try to make an appointment with any other big optometrist. They will give you an appointment 1 to 2 months from the day you called. I needed a faster appointment and service, and I definitely got it here with this doctor.“

“I've been coming here ever since I started wearing contacts a little over 20 years ago (sheesh time is crazy lol) and honestly I've never had a bad experience. I dont know if its because I'm lucky enough to have a job with hours that allow me to visit them during work days but it's never really busy or crowded when I go so I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, and everyone in the front has always been very nice and helpful. Dr. Ramirez is always a great doctor, very kind, helpful, and efficient. I'd recommend this place to anyone. :)“
