Avoid Infinity Homes at all costs. I waited a little over a year to write this review, fearing backlash and that none of my warranty issues would be addressed, yet they never were. Their incompetence is staggering—delays, miscommunications, and a complete disregard for quality control characterize their work. The final product was a disaster, riddled with glaring defects and poor craftsmanship. Their customer service is non-existent; trying to get ahold of Michael, their representative, or Mario, the owner, is nearly impossible and felt like a mission. I figured I would wait a couple years of being into my home before writing a review so here I am. The initial experience with Infinity was great. They seemed to understand what we wanted and were very flexible on if you want to add little details. The build went mostly smoothly until about six months on. After six months it became apparent they were not going to be timely in answering questions or solving problems. After a year and a half of the build we had no choice but to finish the house ourselves as we had a baby due and no place to live since they kept telling us they could finish it in a month. Horrible company- truly rotten to the core. Refused to fix anything that has been stated on their warranty. Half of the house needed repairs when we moved in and it was a new build!

Please save yourself the horrendous experience and go with another builder.
