Physician Mario Ramirez is very knowledgeable. The first time I saw him he asked me to do an OTC treatment which I was skeptical about. My symptoms got worse and finally I went ahead and followed his advice. Immediately after, I was good to go. I'm glad they don't pump you with meds if you don't need them.Thank you for everything.Ivan
Register online before I left the house. I waited less than 5 minutes when I arrived. Front desk help me right away as well as the nurse there. PA Heather Davis-Lopez saw me as soon as I was put in the room. Her diagnosis was well explained and she answered all my questions. Facility was clean and everyone was very polite.
staff was super helpful from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. i went in with chest pain and issues breathing, the man at the front did a great job being attentive and getting me attention asap. the lady that helped me in the back was also fantastic hearing me out and taking every symptom into consideration. this will be my go to urgent care from now on. thank you to all of the staff for taking great care of me.
