This team is a group of bona fide professionals. They are always on time, they are always polite and considerate with our tenants, and over the last three years of doing business with them they've had to return to a job to fix a mistake they made 0 times. I am hesitant to leave this glowing review only because I know that there is only so much Bear to go around, but man these guys deserve it they are wonderful.
Our AC broke down and with this heat, I’m so grateful they were able to give me an appointment that same day! The repairmen were timely, respectful, knowledgeable, and they were able to both diagnose and resolve the issue in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend!
Rolando and his team are the best in the business. They are quick to respond and get the job done right the first time. If you are in need of any AC work or new installation, don't hesitate to contact him. His prices are exceptional as well. You won't be disappointed with their service.
