Randomly closed in middle of day 11.20 am with people inside.. uselessWent back told them what I wanted to buy got told no.. would have to wait a week untill one of the guys were there to make sure it's what I wanted??Take my money and give me what I want but no. Guess I'll go spend my money somewhere else

Overhead Door of Brownwood installed our gate a year ago. We've had problems with it ever since. One time the guy remembered that he forgot to put the antenna on the box. Another time he came out and told us the reason that it was reopening right after it was closed is because it was closing too far, so we had to put up a block in front of it so it wouldn't close completely. Is that how a gate is supposed to work normally?? Of course not! What a jokeNow we're having more issues - it's $100+ every time they come out. Besides that, it takes them weeks to even get out there after you've called! The gate is supposed to be an extra security measure... read full review

Called on a Wednesday morning and they had a very professional and helpful tech out at my house that afternoon. Fair rates, great service and friendly employees. Will call again for service. Great experience
