My wife and I were in a jam. We'd encountered cost-over runs at every turn trying to get our barn done. We already had a loan with CTFC for $250K. My wife didn't think we could get another one through them so she started to shop around. Long story short, we didn't qualify because of the way our farm is structured, and the way our homestead is laid out. We had the equipment, but most of it was already on the first loan.
