2 weeks for a ultrasound order, the administration it's a mess, 2 weeks without the laboratory, results and maybe have to wait more, bad service, they blame the application, my health record, they don't upload the information, they don't contact the insurance companies, how it's possible?? they play with the health of the patients, when something really bad happens will be their fault.

Came at 12pm for a COVID test, the front desk says they are going on lunch break to come back at 1pm. There is no line. I been here past 1:20 and they say that the nurse hasn't come back. So my question is how long are they taking for break that way we don't waste our time. Why would they tell me to come at 1 if they won't be here

They never answer the phone calls .The Dr.’s are booked months ahead.You need to hire more Dr.’s and receptionist.
