I have always used Rio Grande AC for all my AC needs. Never disapoints. On 5-4-2023 they (a whole crew) came in replaced the ducts, new compressor and inside unit, electrical, took all trash, and cleaned house inside. It was all done by 3pm and it looked like nothing had happened. I was more than impressed. I highly recommend Rio Grande AC. Thank you to the Willie and the crew and office staff that provides excellent service.

AC unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of summer, and of course noticed at the end of the night after a long trip. Called Rio Grande Heating and Cooling at 9am and by 9:15 an assessment and repair of my Compressor unit was on its way. Completed in an hour and professionally. Basic $99 for assessment, which can be rolled into the overall price of the repair if a repair is done. Can also pay with credit card, with receipts provided. Would highly recommend in Eagle Pass region. (Especially when most repair men want cash, and do a half job)

Quick to come out. Courteous technicians. Didn't try to push unnecessary work. Reasonable repair cost. Only annoyance was the techs cannot handle billing, had to drive to the office to pay and get receipt.
