EDIT: I would write another review, but google won't let me post more than one. During one of the hotest days of the summer, my air conditioner went out. I was pretty sure I needed a new one. They were here within a couple of hours and diagnosed the system. Rather than just agreeing that I needed new one (our units are more than 18 years old) they said lets diagnosis the problem. They came back with a repair cost and in no way pressured my to replace it. I opted to get it replaced and they got it installed the same day.“
