Kudos to Lorenzo at Total Optical for his help when I brought my grandmother in for new glasses. Not only was he very knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had; his professionalism and customer service were exactly what made my grandmother feel comfortable in having his help. It was great seeing her smile during their interaction. Will definitely be recommending Total Optical for other family and friends.

Shout out to Carmen for helping me pick out these awesome Oakleys - ‘Dallas Cowboys edition’ for my vacation to Hawai'i. Definitely would recommend Total Optical for any of your glasses needs. When you go ask for Carmen or any of her amazing staff, they were all amazing. 10/10 service. Keep up the great service Total Optical.

Carmen has such a large variety of frames in her shop! Lisa helped me pick my frame and I love them so much. My glasses arrived fairly quick and Carmen made sure the fit was right. I’ll be back to get some prescription sunnies ?
