What a great team of peuple. Every person was extremely clear, extremely courteous and exceptionally nice. The doctor explained everything, stepped me through everything and helped me understand diagnosis details, answered my questions and showed me genuine care.

Eyecare Associates of Texas has been my only eye care provider for about 22 years and Dr. Le has been my only eye doctor during this time except for one time in 2017.I was soon to go on a two-week trip to China and I was having trouble seeing up close and I thought I might need a new prescription for my glasses. I called but there were no appoints available before my trip. So, I committed "adultery" by going to the eye doctor at a local Walmart. He checked me out and wrote me a new prescription. The professionalism begins with the ladies at the front desk. They make you feel relaxed and important. The tech doing the eye exam was very kind and patient. One of my eyes is always filled with tears, and sometimes triggers the other eye to do the same. This happened during the exam so it was hard for me to see any of the letters on the chart. She would patiently wait until I was comfortable with trying to read the letters. Dr. Pachigolla performed my following exam with professional patience and provided me with very helpful advice and guidance. I really like going to this place for my eye care.
