I have been contending with some AC companies lately. Some are OK and some - not so much. I think Norman Aire did a great job in diagnosing and fixing what they could. I only wish I had contacted them first.

I cannot speak highly enough of Norman Aire. Specifically SD, Roberto, Pepe, and the rest of the crew were nothing but professional, transparent, respectful, and genuinely cared about the work they do. Their work was fast, efficient, and they even had the decency to clean everything up afterwards. I don’t typically write reviews, I wasn’t paid or given a discount to write this. I genuinely appreciate the service that I was provided and admired the work ethic that came alongside it. If you’re struggling to find a reputable AC Technician service, it would be unnecessary to look any further. Norman Aire will get you right.

Called on Sunday afternoon and got an appointment for Monday morning. Eric came out on Monday, checked things out and explained /showed me what needed to be done. Very professional, polite young man. Hopefully I will have air on tomorrow ?!
