The hygienist, Asma, is highly recommended for her knowledge, professionalism, and patience.
I've had three visit and each time they took care of me. I was scared and thought it would be very painful. But it was not, doctors was very gental and took their time and made sure I was comfortable. I had a deep cleaning in one visit. Teeth fills like new. Third visit I had to have two toothed pulled. Did not fill any pain. Even the needle , just felt a pinch . I will forever be patient .
All of the staff are very friendly and pleasant. They spend time thoroughly explaining the treatments and procedures. The are willing to work with you on financial obligations which is important to me being a senior on a fixed income. However, the only complaint that I have is the wait to be seen is sometimes long. Once they bring you in th see someone the wait is even longer.
Other than that, I would recommend Duncanville Dental.
My experience there is usually nice. They get me in and out in a timely fashion. The staff and hygienist always update me on my records and make sure everything is covered for the most part. Also they are very considerate ppl. Would recommend thus location.
