My very first time stepping into this salon. There were no stares, no moments of uncomfortableness or feeling out of place. I actually enjoyed my entire time! Shemekia was very professional yet down to earth and genuine. It felt like I knew her for years. I think I got a free counseling session on top of leaving with a fly a** hairdo! :-)

We were looking for a place to get my 3-year old son's hair cut. I found this place on yelp. The barber shop is very modern, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I went on a Thursday afternoon and was able to be seen immediately. The barber was very patient with my child and did an excellent job. I believe his name was Donald. I highly recommend him and this location for all your barber needs. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they have advertised on the door that they accept credit cards, but when I got there, they told me that the gentleman with the credit card reader was gone for the day; So I had to haul my kid back to the car, find a nearby atm, and then come back to receive the haircut. I believe the cut was $15, but I paid the gentleman $20 because he truly did a phenomenal job.

The atmosphere of Studio BW is like no other. Regular clients and New are treated like family. This welcoming environment is not something you receive in most salons and barber shops. But the most overall is the quality of work that the clients display as they exit... the stylist and barbers are TRUE to their craft. The owner Brandy hand picked the best of the best!!!!
