“I had been looking into finding a primary care provider locally because I was tired of driving to Austin and, because I had previously had excellent experiences at Seton Southwest as well as Shoal Creek Hospital, I decided to try this location. I am so happy that I did. I had pre-registered online with my patient information, identification, and insurance, so I only had to sign a couple of forms at check in. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Within 5-10 minutes, Nancy (the nurse) took me back and did my height, weight, and vital signs and went through my medical needs and some past history for my visit with the PA. Nancy was very nice and thorough and I could tell that she was very good at her job. Not long after seeing Nancy, the PA Catherine Edwards came in to see me. She was very polite and friendly and very personable, too. We went through a lot of my past and current medical issues and she listened to everything I had to say. I really felt like I hit the jackpot with Cathie. She was so kind and answered all of my questions and concerns and never seemed annoyed at all. I honestly feel like this will be an excellent medical home for me. Overall, an excellent first visit and I feel quite sure that this will be a fantastic PCP home for me.“
