CrossFit Second Wave is a highly praised gym located in Dripping Springs. Visitors and new members alike have consistently reported excellent coaching, a welcoming community, and challenging yet supportive workouts. The staff is excellent and highly knowledgeable, providing guidance on proper form and suitable weights, making the experience comfortable for beginners. A well run , organized , and sanitary cf gym with knowledgeable L3 coaches. Ownership and coaching staff are dedicated towards their craft and possess exceptional executive functioning. Operations of this newer box is a full time career for leadership and it is extrinsically and intrinsically reflective when dropping in. A supportive community of diverse athletic and occupational backgrounds, conducive in personal short & long term goal attainment. Veteran ownership attracts and retains gym members possessing the highest of probity. I anticipate further success and potential for exponential community/staff expansion (at leadership’s discretion) for this 1 year young box; while maintaining exceptional quality of services offered.
