Billy is so good that when I called him recently (September 2020) for service as a past customer, he told me he appreciated the offer but could not take on any new service requests. He did not put me on a wait list or even suggest it, basically the sense I got was I should move on and find another service provider. So either he is busy working on new construction installations with his current clients or he is about to hang it up. Maybe both, as he's hinted at closing shop before. He does respond to texts, so maybe if you really want him to work for you, get the latest status from him directly. While I'm without AC, I'm still giving him 5 stars for his past work and out of respect. Just want you, the consumer, to know he is no longer accepting new service requests.
