Communication was top notch and had it finished before he said it would be done. One week for a new engine is unheard of, other shops were 2-3 weeks out and i dropped it off same day. He is my go to diesel shop, most knowledgeable guys. If you own any ford diesel do yourself a favor and call Tom!! Thanks guys
