My husband and I installed a water softener system in our new home. Our area is known for its very hard water, so we did some research before installing a system. We had Lone Star come out for an estimate, and immediately knew we were going to go with him. He was kind, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and didn't try to upsell what we didn't need to make a buck. We got on the schedule quickly, and Russell showed up on time day of. He worked all day long, and we are very impressed with his work. Garrett and his team at Lone Star Water are awesome. I'm a Realtor and I recommend them to every client who buys a home without a water softener system. They have great communication, service and are helpful with every aspect. They are my "go to" for water softeners and filtration.
