Clearwater Plumbing and Water Treatment

We had a very negative experience trying to coordinate a water softener install with Clearwater Plumbing along with the integration of rainwater with well water backup through another local business. Rebecca, who I believe is the business coordinator of some sort, took it upon herself to terminate a time sensitive install for a conflict that I am certain could have been resolved with a few minutes of open-mindedness and problem solving. We called Clearwater Plumbing yesterday because of a recommendation from a neighbor. Today Jim Berry came by to fix our toilet that was leaking. It was a problem child,( the toilet), but Jim would not quit till he fixed it. Hardest working person I’ve had the pleasure to do work with. He was so kind and I just wanted to let everyone know that I highly recommend this company! The price was right and I will be using them again!

Our realtor recommended Clearwater Plumbing based on his own personal experience using them for his home. When our water heater started acting up on a Sunday, I didn't know who to call. Spoke with another company because we didn't know if the issue was an emergency or could wait until Monday morning. Long story short, we ended up having Jackson from Clearwater Plumbing come out to give us a diagnosis & estimate on Monday, and were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to not oversell us on stuff we didn't need. He came out a separate time to teach us how to turn the water heater on/off and how to manage the leak while we waited for the part.... read full review
