“Our last company set a pretty low bar, but Horizon is better. Mostly. Our manager Liesset is on it. No more broken gates for three weeks, broken irrigation everywhere, security lighting out. She came in and just kinda took some notes and got stuff fixed that our old company ignored. Our landscapers were horrible, so we fired them and replaced them with ABC. They negotiated a package deal to include lawn, pest control and irrigation. We were able to get rid of 3 different vendors and replace them with 1 account rep. Cheaper, and easier to yell at 1 person instead of harassing three different companies. Now the bad. I hate the online resident software. It always says my password is incorrect and I have to go through the hassle of changing it. I've had to do it every month since March. Fix your software!“
