The entire staff was amazing! From the front desk ladies, to the Urgent Care. Everyone had smiles and positive attitudes. I felt very much at ease and very well taken care of, which is great because they’re very fast pace but I didn’t feel rushed. I have to commend Clay for that and being extremely meticulous! I came in for just a check up due to have a sore throat/cough. All my questions & concerns were addressed and overall the visit was very pleasant.
Every time my family and I need a school physical we make sure to stop at St.Elizabeth for a quick visit with Clay! He’s thorough and always positively radiant. Mr.Clay also speaks Spanish so he’s able to communicate with my family quick and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with my experiences , therefore I’ll continue to come back !!
This was a very friendly and efficient urgent care clinic. I was worried we would have to go to the emergency room, but they had multiple rapid tests, x-rays, and treatment options there, so we saved the huge copay and didn't end up waiting hours in an emergency room. We were incredibly happy with the attentive and thorough treatment! Thanks again!
