Pete and David worked very quickly and efficiently and they explained the whole cleaning process to me. They also made recommendations on how to keep the couches cleaner for longer. They were very friendly and personable. Steven was very quick from the start to schedule an appointment for me and was very flexible when I had to cancel due to a conflict. “I had an emergency need for my dining room area rug to be cleaned (our dog got sick on it). When I called they said they could have someone out within 4 hours. While waiting, the technician called to explain he was overbooked (unlike what their name says they are NOT in Seabrook, but subcontract operators from all over Houston). I pleaded with the guy to come help, so he relented. Not only did Salvador show up when he said he would--6pm, when he should have been on his way home to the other side of Houston--he was understanding and assured me he could take care of the stains. It was hard work to set up his truck based machine and he did a thorough job of cleaning the entire rug, which took him about 45 minutes. It was a huge help to have a professional take care of a problem for me and be so nice about it.“
