Mark and his crew were awesome. I had 100s of feet of area drains installed and they did it all in one day! And even fixed broken sprinkler heads they found along the way at no cost - and re-mulched and re-rocked all the areas they dug through. Not to mention the drain works like a charm! Would highly recommend!

We used one paving company that lived up to the promise that they were a trouble free turn key operation. We installed a gazebo bought from Costco & Mark Buxton the owner of American Property Management coordinated with the gazebo installer & did the job trouble free within budget on schedule! His work crew was very impressive & left the site immaculate.

We found Mark’s company via NextDoor. He and his wife were super helpful and friendly. They helped us prepare the ground so that could lay down pavers of our own. Although it was an atypical request, they were both willing to work with us to help us save our pavers from sinking in the dirt. We really appreciate it and recommend them.
