    A heart-breaking time made worse by the staff! I must say that I had a heartbreaking experience for the first time in my 75 years of attending funerals. When needing to say goodby & I love you to my Aunt that had lost my Uncle, I was kept from doing so by the worker of West Hurtt Funeral Home located at 217 N. Hampton in DeSoto, Texas. Along with my daughter from out of State, that was grabbed by the arm, pushed away & told she could not approach my Aunt to say goodbye. Whe he said to her that he was following instructions, my son-in-law said” that is the same thing that the Nazis said at the Nuremberg Trials in 1945.     When my mother passed away we went to the funeral home to make arrangements there is four of us kids and we were the only people in the funeral home besides two employees when we went into the office he only had room for three of us kids and he had to pull up a chair for one of D3 could not pull up two chairs so all four kids could be in the office very unprofessional went to pick up my mothers ashes would not let me in with a mask I have a medical condition and he made me stand outside and 33° weather while two of the three employees there did not have mask on very unprofessional would not use them ever again
