I personally schedule an appointment. Cynthia (Cindy) always respects my time and is highly professional. I adore my nails because of Cindy attention to detail and attractive patterns. It's also a personal relationship, and if something goes wrong, I've never had any problems having them fix anything I didn't like. Cindy's sister is very remarkable in her thorough approach to pedicures and cuticle care. That's my choice, although all of the technicians are great.

The nail tech was supper understanding and did a great job. They also had great prices for their services. I live in College Station not Dallas but love getting my nails done here. I don't allow Nail techs to use the file machine on my natural nail bed. I ask and most shops turn me away. In too much of a rush to apply customer services.
Second visit was not what I expected..
They did the exact service and less this time no nails added . Charged me $20 more and told me they didn't charge me less the 1st time. Showing them my my charge she refused to look at it..
