I just started out at this gym and I have to say this location is so great and shoutout to Canaan who is so welcoming and Tyler who is a great trainer!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!
Seema G. Is the best instructor ever. Her choreographies are amazing and the music is so fun. She even teaches us a little bit about her culture and Indian traditions! Simply amazing!
Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly. The gym is a great environment. My trainer, Tyler, is great about explaining the hows and whys of different exercises. This is a great gym to help you on your fitness journey!
