Beyond the chaos and uncertainty of my day-to-day, Robert Felts goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need when I need it. I can’t count how many times I’ve been in a bind and he manages to make things happen for me. I must say, Sun Belt and its employees do whatever it takes to make sure you’re taken care of. Thank y’all so very much and thanks again to Robert for always going out of your way to make things happen!

Everything was great except Dispatch. The delivery was late and the pick up later. The local office told me repeatedly that Dispatch was in charge of that but Dispatch is hard to reach and the whole thing is less personal because of that. All else is good. Dispatch sucks.

Lots of rental choices and locations!! I rented their typical floor grinder; great machine, great price, friendly staff. They even stayed 15 minutes after closing time, because I was stuck in traffic on my way to return the machine, so I wouldn't be charged another day. Wish I had searched harder for rental companies and found Sunbelt first, it would of saved me the $200+ I paid at that other hardware, home depot 😉 store, where I was overcharged due to employee error. I would definitely recommend trying Sunbelt Rentals!
