Ms Sttephanie at your DENTON, TX location ROCKS!!!! She did an amazing job with my rental today... Despite having NO TRUCKS in working order to deliver it too me, they almost beat me back to the job site LOL!! TO top it all off a rep stopped by our job site to ensure we followed the gven instructions that was time sensitive for returning it. Lastly, the nice gentleman I believe was Mr. Kevin is the one that got the ball rolling for us!We appreciate the hard work it took to accommodate us?Ps. Give them all a.well deserved raise

I contacted them with the idea of renting a scissor lift, after asking me about the task that I needed to do, the salesperson recommended a one man lift. He was spot on, saving me money on the rental and on the task that I needed to complete.The delivery person was helpful and did a good job explaining the features and operation of the lift. I would rent from them again and recommend them to a friend.Tip: be sure to note any red notaions on the contract delivered with the equipment, this will save any confusion or unintended rental time or fees.

I rented a skid steer today and had a big Job to complete with very little time and had a small issue with the skid steer on the job site. I contacted Sunbelt Rentals and spoke to Mike and he went above and beyond to get the skid steer fixed immediately. within 35 minutes we had someone on the job site to get me back to my job. Mike was a constant professional in a time when I was not. As a small business owner I like to recognise the people that can be complete professionals no matter what kind of chaos going on so thank you Mike. #dentonSunbeltrentalsrocks
