Stretch lab is a wonderful atmosphere. This Denton crew has been with me every step of the way to help me reach my goals. I have been stretching since September 1st, 2021, Callie sold me off a 15 min demo stretch & I’ve never looked back, as a teacher this is the best part of my week. Stretchlab Denton has helped me keep my flexibility in order to do competitive powerlifting. I am 60 years old and they also help me stay injury free or help me heal injuries a lot faster than normal.

A fun environment all the staff is very friendly. I wasn’t sure how it was going to be since I haven’t stretched since I was in high school. Didn’t feel judgement for how tight I was instead was encouraged by Vivian that it was just a starting point . Been coming a few weeks now and my lower back is finally become pain free. After months of pain!Well worth it .If you haven’t stretched in a while don’t be ashamed get the care your body deserves.
