We were fortunate to have Steve repair our washing machine. Working with him was a great experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and terrific at communicating schedule updated time of arrival (which is very important when you have an entire day appointment schedule) Couldn't ask for better service. Good to see that the old world ways are still kept and people know how to do a good job and provide quality service. Very friendly, knew his job and answered my question, and he asked me if I needed any service to my refrigerator or air conditioner, and I told his no. Sears service desk made a appointment for my dryer on the 15th of July and for my washer on the 16th of July. The service desk or customer service told me that I couldn't have both my washer and dryer serviced on the same day. But my Technician told me he was at my home to do both and he did.
