ROOT Periodontal & Implant Center - Denton

Normally I do not look forward to any dental/periodontal appointments. But in the case of going to "visit" Jerri, it is totally different. She makes my periodontal appointments so much easier and even "enjoyable because of her caring demeanor .She is comforting, compassionate, and soft spoken to the point you do not mind being there. Well, it is never fun to have dental surgery but I must admit that the staff was awesome in making it tolerable and a far better experience than I would have ever anticipated. I missed Dr. Alspach, but Dr. Li is an excellent replacement and I felt confident and comfortable with her care and level of professionalism. She addressed every concern and question that I had. The staff was helpful in making me feel like a valued patient. Jerri did a wonderful job in my cleaning. She taught me a lot about brushing/cleaning my teeth. I can’t rave enough about Root Denton ! Cherie, the front manager, greets you with warm smiles and goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. The office uses state of the art technology that really impressed me! (The CT scanner was like a ride! ?.) Dr. Li is a master at what she does and she takes the time to explain everything and answers all your questions. I had a bit of a complication with my bone graft (before my implant) and was having so much pain and swelling all week.
