We woke up a few weeks ago to a flood in our house. The toilet in the guest bath cracked and had been leaking and refilling all night long. Water was just about everywhere. After trying to wet vac the mess myself, I literally threw in the towel and called O’Bryan’s. Eric was there in less than two hours and started assessing the situation. He talked to my husband at length about getting insurance involved because he could tell the scope of the work called for it. Then he got to it. Professional and honest. We got a guess-timate over the phone based on my pictures and verbal description but he also gives the exact price after seeing in person, but before beginning, that is very fair. My house smells so good. I can't believe how good my two glider recliners look. He got the toddler stains off! The price was very reasonable and he took great care with cleaning the carpet. 100% happy and absolutely will use again.
I have used Eric O'Bryan for more than 10 years. He is always professional, friendly and does an amazing job on my carpets. I have also used him for some smoke damage and he was able to salvage my carpet and couch. You won't regret using this company.
