I'm very pleased with the service provided by the staff, very friendly and easy to leave my Lola with. I made a special request to keep her lashes as long as they are and not to express the anal glands, and they followed through with my request.

I am new to Denton and was impressed by the Yelp reviews. I unfortunately am not impressed by the service and results. My 13 yr old cocker spaniel was in for the whole works. The cut was mediocre at best, they did not clean his ears or clip the ear close as I asked them to. It appears that they did not rinse the hair off after the clip because he was catching and loose hair was on the car where he sat. On top of all that, the employee had to call the manager, who wasn't present, to work the card charger correctly. All of this for premium price???!!!!
