I really want to give my local JCPenney store business but they are the ones not making it worth shopping there. I go into the store on a regular basis to see if there is anything I want to purchase. I frequently find something to buy but when I go to the JCP app it's half the price of what I see in the store. Today I found a sports coat that was on sale for $47.00, I go on the JCP app and the exact same sports coat is $23.00. I've asked many times if the store could match the price from the app and many times they say "no, we can't".
