Their attention to detail and communication far surpassed any other company, exterminator or otherwise that we've ever contracted. We brought home bedbugs somehow (my worst nightmare) and they provided both heat and chemical treatment at an affordable price. I would give them an 8 star if it was available.They are amazing ...I have mice in garage and front and didn't even know it.They ate the wires in my car ? to the the of 2200 to fix. I called Bugs R US they came out same day and put out traps and fixed my problem. I am referring them to everyone.And Also doing other pest treatment at the same time. I definitely recommend them.They are very reasonable ? too.butI hope this helps someone! Jillk.???

Called this company to have a roach clean out done on our home, they scheduled us as fast as possible and gave us all the information we needed.
