It is so great to have a top of the line home builder, who does great custom work, here in little (D). I would be proud to hang one of my custom crystal chandeliers in one of their homes. {We are located in very same zip code}

Well, this is going to be a long one because after reading the last review I feel like I have to defend The Design Classics Team a little bit. (I am in no way related to Jeff or anyone in his company) First of all, having a custom house built in 7-8 months is "possible" but I don't think it's reasonable to hold a custom builder accountable to that time table. Too many things can happen during that time. If you want a house built in 6 months, you will need to go get one of those pseudo-custom "cookie cutter" builders to do the job. I have known and worked with Jeff for quite a few years and he's and excellent builder and designer. He's very knowledgeable in different types of construction and building types plus he's a pleasure to work with which adds to the 5 star rating he deserves
