I’ve seen and witnessed other customers and Cameron is the best with all his customers! He goes far and beyond what he has to do! He’s quick to respond by phone or text and you can always can rely on what he tells you. So yes Cameron at Bill Utter Ford comes through for us. Cameron makes it simple and convenient. I’m leaving town and Cameron is picking up my Bronco at my house, I trust the guy and you’ll thank me. This use to be a great service shop. In the last couple of years it has gone down hill real bad. Really slow and unorganized.A couple of years ago I could get an oil change done here in about 45-60min. In and out within an hour. Now it is 2hours+. While under warranty I tend to stick with the dealer.Simple state inspection anywhere else takes about 15-20 min, here 1-1.5 hours. Before you ask why not got to some other place to get the state inspection, because you can't connect to OBD in any other shop. You have to come to FORD, at least for now.The place is completely unorganized.

I chose the Quick Lane option to get my spark plugs changed on my truck and about 10 minutes later my service advisor Cameron call me to let me know that they had performed that service on my last visit. It’s refreshing to know that this dealership isn’t just trying to gouge people. They didn’t try to up-sale me on anything else. Thank you Cameron.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
