While overall my service experience has been good once the vehicle is in, it’s not always easy to get in touch with someone during my first call or even get a call back at times.
I’ve usually found better success reaching someone or getting scheduled sooner calling 5 Star or another Ford dealer. I’d like to see them add a quick lube station for simple things like an oil change. It shouldn’t take 1 1/2 - 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
4 hours for an oil change.... Painful going here for service. Everyone, every time says we're got slammed today and there's a 3-4 hour wait. It's the first thing out of everyone's mouth.
OK I chose to deal with it.
However, The service writer put his single sheet of paper on the hood of my car and wrote the VIN and other check in information on it with a ball point pen. NOT cool... Very nice and accommodating guy, but clueless about this no, no.
Get these guys some clip boards and tell them not to set them on or write on their customers vehicle paint.
Cameron at Bill Utter Ford service department always takes the best, care and goes overboard to take care of my family and I . I’ve seen and witnessed other customers and Cameron is the best with all his customers! He goes far and beyond what he has to do! He’s quick to respond by phone or text and you can always can rely on what he tells you. So yes Cameron at Bill Utter Ford comes through for us. Cameron makes it simple and convenient. I’m leaving town and Cameron is picking up my Bronco at my house, I trust the guy and you’ll thank me. Bill Utter does what they say in service which most places could care less, and that’s even if you don't purchase a car...read full review
