Jay Phillips from BCI came out quickly when our air conditioner stopped working on a hot summer day.
He made sure we had all of the information we needed to make a decision on fixing our unit. He didn’t try to sell us a new unit or an expensive unneeded repair.
We will definitely be using BCI in the future and requesting Jay as our technician.

Our AC unit was causing a leak through the ceiling so we called BCI for help. Jay arrived to help with the repair and was very professional. He cleared out our drain pan and ensured the leak didn't continue. He even offered future check ups to keep our unit maintained. Definitely recommend BCI for any of your Plumbing, Heating and Air needs.
