I've always been able to call BCI and they've scheduled me an appointment. I don't believe in shopping around if you can always get good service. Jeff came out and looked up my same problem from a year ago. He quoted me a price and worked to resolve the problem and was very courteous and answered my questions. I'll always use BCI.

Middle of August and of course, we had a low refrigerant alarm go off on our HVAC. Called BCI and got a Tech Noah scheduled the same day. Noah showed up, checked out the alarm and diagnosed the issue. Refrigerant was ok. But a not so-dirty filter combined with a restricted air return volume had caused the system to give a false reading. Noah checked the return air volume requirements for this unit. He suggested an additional return air location to balance the system. He quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the installation. Noah showed up today with Grant and got it done in less than 4 hours, cleaned up debris and completed the job. All this done on a 100degree day....read full review
