I called with a small emergency. I was very happy to hear that the owner could come out right away. I was honest with my needs...my daughter had thrown-up in the minivan. He didn't pause, which told me he's seen some stuff in his life. When he got here, I was put at ease immediately with his warmness, laughter and how he engaged easily with my toddlers. He brought all his own supplies, including water. No joke. And when he was done...my van looked like the day I bought it. And it smelled so good.
