Amazing and professional staff at the Denton location. They worked diligently and patiently with me while I made up my mind on which frames to purchase. When my first pair came in and I didn’t really like the way they looked, I was able to order another pair without any issues. Both pair of my glasses came back fairly quickly too. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received at America’s Best and definitely recommend them.
The staff here are all great. I got a pair of glasses with the premium lenses. After about 8 months, they are covered in very fine scratches. The warranty page for America's Best says, "Scratching is a normal result of use, and is not considered a defect." I get that, but these are worse than a 6-7 year old pair I do yard work in. Christina contacted me after a Google review, and said she would replace them under warranty.
