She explained step by step what she was going to do, asked if I had any questions and was so gentle removing the extensions. Unfortunately the lash glue crystallized on to my lashes. She worked on me for almost 2 hours! Over the weekend she continued to check on me and gave me tips on how to get the rest of the glue off! If I lived nearby I would definitely trust Heidi to do my lashes! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient!“
