When I booked my third massage, I asked for a different therapist due to the previous one being a smite too chatty and the room lights were blazing. I'm a spa snob. I enjoy dim light, soothing white sounds and DEFINITELY no small talk. The gentleman at the desk, while unexpected and appreciated, offered a nice discount for my troubles. He then introduced me to the therapist who gave me a relaxing, hug worthy deep tissue massage. Very professional staff who cares about their reputation. Five stars.“
