The worst experience I've ever had for simple pre employment screenings. They took twice as long to submit my results which messed with my employment. They called me a week later to tell me they lost my info and needed me to come back to redo it. The staff is extremely rude, the wait times are terrible and they're obviously terribly unprofessional. If you're sent here by an employer, request a different location.

The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star was because of the long wait times. I arrived at 8:10 on a Monday and left by 10:30 or so I believe. I wanted to point out the excellent staff at this facility, they were professional and knew just what they were talking about & doing. One in particular was Phoebe she was great with my TB Skin Test and my Tdap shot! Not to mention she used an exceptionally clean technique. As a nurse I pay attention to the changing of gloves and needle sticks and she was on point! Front counter staff were also quick and professional, only thing was it took the Doctor a little longer than expected but she was very thorough and professional. I would recommend this facility as they are the best when it comes to teamwork, professionalism and customer care. Thank you ladies!

Horrible experience! Doctor seemed caring at initial visit but had a change in attitude after. I had to seek a second opinion from a different doctor to realize I was put on the wrong medication and was told i needed time to cope. I requested to have my paperwork filled out due to certification date is due and my current doctor was able to fill it out on the same day. It took Dr. Cadore 2 weeks and counting because she needed to get permission to fill out paperwork ( I know right?! You're a doctor but you have to get permission from your manager to fill out anything) and not once did she consult with my therapist to further understand the situation in order to properly fill out the paperwork. Her visits only last 5-10 minutes. That is not sufficient time evaluate my condition. On my last visit with her she seemed annoyed, short, careless, and did not make eye contact at departure. I overheard her talk on the phone in hallway talking to someone saying that she did not have time to talk to them due to her seeing other patients although the person she talked on the phone with was a current patient and also needed their paperwork to be filled out for their company. This office needs more than 1 doctor and some nurses and medical assistants. If I was heartless, I would've reported her already. If you look at the google reviews (3 stars and under) everyone is experiencing the same issue with the Doctor's poor attitude. Also, she works for the interest of your company and not you. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.
