If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 50 years of life! Haley A, the opening shift counter person is absolutely awful to deal with! She was completely disrespectful and rude and probably about half my age and has no idea how to deal with a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and advise you steer clear! They do not give refunds according to their policy. However, they also don't inform you that even though their hours say that they are open until 8:00 p.m. they close the spray tanning machine down at 7:30 so they can clean it and be out of there by 8:00 p.m. Due to the fact that I live and work in Houston, I am not able to get there any earlier than 7:30 p.m. and am told that I can't get a refund even though I was never informed that I had to be there before 7:30 p.m. to do the tanning in the spray tanning booth. Now I'm not able to use a membership that I paid $80 for and only tanned once and they refuse to give me a refund. This is very poor business practice in my opinion and if you value your time and money, I would definitely look elsewhere for tanning services!

I love coming here. Hannah really got me in to tanning. She was such a big help and she always had a great attitude when I see her!
