“I absolutely LOVE my new Dr. I have never felt so heard before and the staff is all so kind and amazing! This is the first time I didn’t feel like I had to question everything to get answers. And push and beg to be taken seriously. Every appt I had before my concerns were swept under the rug. Now I finally have a doctor who checks things, even if it’s to just give me answers to my concerns and symptoms to let me know if it’s nothing or not. I HIGHLY recommend DP family clinic! “Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT: I received a call from staff where everything was cleared up. I truly appreciate that they took the time out to call me and explain everything. I also appreciate that they cared enough to call and make sure everything was understood and fixed.“

“Siranda at the front desk really helped me out today. I live far away and she was able to get me an appointment while I was nearby and I was able to complete the blood work I needed to get done. “I received a CT scan of my heart in the Imaging Dept.and I can't say enough nice things about the care I got. The nurses were Debbie and Misty and the CT tech was Krystal. They informed me of every detail as we went along, brought me warm blankets and were extremely upbeat. The staff was the best and I would happily return there again.“

“I am reviewing the pool. I've not used the other facilities, so I can't comment on them. The pool is warm. Easy for these old bones. There is an easy to use walkway into the pool. I've been there for both an open swim and class and have found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. And the water is warm.“

I appreciate this place & everyone there and am so happy about this positive change.<br><br>This is a hard review to leave because I truly love my doctor here! She’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. The issue is mainly how difficult it is to make an appointment here. I can’t count how many times I’ve called during office hours only to have no one pick up at all. My boyfriend has also tried to make an appointment, but he has experienced the same issue. If you make an online appointment request, someone calls you, transfers you to this office’s number, and then no one answers. If you choose to try to wait it out, the hold system just drops your call after a while. No one ever calls you back. It really is unfortunate because my doctor here is so great. It seems like calls are just being completely ignored by front office staff. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really hope it gets fixed soon.“
