I switched clinics because my previous location made me feel judged and uncared for, and everyone at Legacy was very attentive and listened to my concerns. They went above and beyond and were not dismissive or in a rush at all. This clinic is very professional and clean.“

“I absolutely LOVE my new Dr. I have never felt so heard before and the staff is all so kind and amazing! This is the first time I didn’t feel like I had to question everything to get answers. And push and beg to be taken seriously. Every appt I had before my concerns were swept under the rug. Now I finally have a doctor who checks things, even if it’s to just give me answers to my concerns and symptoms to let me know if it’s nothing or not. I HIGHLY recommend DP family clinic! “Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT: I received a call from staff where everything was cleared up. I truly appreciate that they took the time out to call me and explain everything. I also appreciate that they cared enough to call and make sure everything was understood and fixed.“

“I went in last night with pain. Ended up with a kidney infection. Doctor Minh Le and his staff was nothing but understanding and professional. Received my first cat scan at the age of 53 and the lady that wheeled me to the X-ray room was the sweetest. I have only had 2 iv’s in my life and that was when I was giving birth. My nurse was understanding and did not laugh at me when I was afraid. The IV experience was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was not lectured about all the things I was doing wrong. It was only a positive message for me to get well and move forward with my health…“

“Received care from Dr. Moosa clear lake office. He is kind and attentive. He took the time to listen to my medical concerns and a did a thorough assessment. He asked questions to get a better historical background leading up to my medical problem to better treat me. He is very knowledgeable about wound care and he knew exactly how to help me, resulting in a healed wound!“

This is a hard review to leave because I truly love my doctor here! She’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. The issue is mainly how difficult it is to make an appointment here. I can’t count how many times I’ve called during office hours only to have no one pick up at all. My boyfriend has also tried to make an appointment, but he has experienced the same issue. If you make an online appointment request, someone calls you, transfers you to this office’s number, and then no one answers. If you choose to try to wait it out, the hold system just drops your call after a while. No one ever calls you back. It really is unfortunate because my doctor here is so great. It seems like calls are just being completely ignored by front office staff. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really hope it gets fixed soon.“
